Ambassador of Thailand met with Special Envoy for Southeast Asia

On 11 May 2023, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand, together with Mrs. Hattaya Khusakul, Consul-General of Thailand in Sydney, Miss Wanasri Jotikabukkana, Director of Thai Trade Centre in Sydney and Ms. Sithee Tanboonteck, Director of Thailand Board of Investment Office in Sydney met with Mr. Nicholas Moore, Australia’s Special Envoy for Southeast Asia, in Syndey.

Both sides exchanged views about the Southeast Asia Economic Strategy to 2040,
which Mr. Moore has been assigned by the Australian Government to formulate, in order to enhance mutual business cooperation and investment between Australia and Southeast Asia. Both sides also discussed the upcoming visit to Thailand by the Special Envoy to gather inputs for the strategy.
