Ambassador of Thailand gives a Keynote Lecture on “Women, Leadership and Diplomacy” at the Australian National University

On 26 August 2021, HE Ms Busadee Santipitaks, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, gave a virtual Keynote Lecture on “Women, Leadership and Diplomacy” at the invitation of Dr. Ruji Auethavornpipat, Research Fellow, Department of International Relations, Australian National University (ANU).  The lecture was attended by International Relations Master students.  Ambassador Busadee talked about her experiences and responsibilities as a female career diplomat as well as shared Thailand’s views on gender equality and the role of and challenges faced by women in foreign affairs and diplomacy.  Ambassador Busadee also exchanged views with the students on ways to promote gender equality.
