Teachers and Y6 Students from Ivanhoe Primary School visit the Royal Thai Embassy

On 16 October 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra welcomed a group of Year 6 students, teachers and parents from Ivanhoe Primary School in Melbourne, Victoria, at the Sala Thai Function Hall, Royal Thai Embassy, Canberra. The group was led by Mr. Mark Kent, Principal of the school. The visit to the Embassy was part of the school’s study visit to Canberra.

On this occasion, Mr. Rutchabhoom Boonrawd, Chargé d’affaires, delivered his welcome remarks and talked to the students about Thailand, which is a culturally rich and modern country. Embassy officials also ran fun-filled activities aimed at providing basic knowledge about Thailand, Thai language and Thai culture and Thai Food. The group also had opportunity to taste Thai snacks before their departure.
