On March 13, 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra held a merit-making ceremony on the occasion of the visit of Phra Brohmvacirayanasophon (Liem Thitadhammo), Abbot of Wat Nong Pa Pong and Advisor to the 10th Precinct Sangha Administration to Australia.

H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, presided over the ceremony, which was also attended by Heads and officials of Team Thailand agencies in Australia, together with their spouses and family, and members of the Thai community in Canberra. The religious ceremony included merit-making and alms offering to monks.

On this occasion, Phra Brohmvacirayanasophon (Liem Thitadhammo) delivered a Dhamma sermon, emphasizing the importance of living harmoniously in society by fulfilling one's duties without causing harm to others, accepting the diversity within the community, as well as focusing on self-control and purifying the mind. He also emphasized the importance of taking care of one’s health by returning to nature and following Buddhist principles as a guideline for physical and mental well-being.

Phra Brohmvacirayanasophon (Liem Thitadhammo) was on his way to Bodhipala Monastery in South Australia, where he would be presiding over the Chedi Foundation Stone Ceremony, marking the beginning of the construction of the Chedi Subhaddachetiya, dedicated as a memorial to the Venerable Phra Ajahn Chah Subhaddo. He is accompanied by Phra Sophonbhavanavithet (Ajahn Kalyano), Abbot of Buddha bodhivana Monastery in Melbourne, along with a group of monks.
