On 15 March 2026, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand welcomed Air Marshal Chakkrit Thammavichai, Deputy Chief of the Air Staff (Operations) and Spokesperson for the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) and his delegation at the Thai Residence during their visit to Canberra to attend the Air and Space Power Conference 2026. They exchanged views on current security issues and developments as well as defence cooperation between Thailand and Australia. The ambassador was also joined by the Defence and Air Attaché, the Army Attaché and the Naval Attaché.
