During 25 - 27 August 2025, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, participated in the Australia – ASEAN Business Forum 2025 (AABF 2025) at the Adelaide International Convention Centre in Adelaide.

As current Chair of the ASEAN Committee in Canberra, Ambassador Arjaree delivered remarks during the opening session of the AABF 2025 and at the Gala Dinner, emphasising opportunities for trade and investment in ASEAN.

On this occasion, the Royal Thai Embassy invited executives from leading Thai companies and agencies to participate as panelists during the business forum, including (1) Mr. Chana Poomee, Chief Sustainability Officer of Siam Cement Group (SCG), speaking on the topic “Accelerating the Green Economy: Pathways to Decarbonization; (2) Mrs. Somruedee Chaimongkol, Former CEO of Banpu Company, speaking on the topic of “Powering Australia–ASEAN/RCEP: Renewable Energy”; and (3) Dr. Visit Limlurcha, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, speaking on the topic of “Innovating Agriculture: Advancing Sustainable Practices.”

In addition, Mr. Thanachat Pochana, CEO of Enserv Company was invited by the AABF to speak on the topic of “Powering Australia-ASEAN/ RCEP-Renewal Energy”. Enserv is the future food and renewable energy company from Thailand.

The event also featured in the information area for Australian businesses interested in investing in ASEAN countries. The Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), Sydney Office, hosted the Thai information centre to provide information and to promote trade and investment opportunities in Thailand. The Enserv also showcased its capability on developing future food and renewable energy.
