On 26 March 2026, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand, met with the Honourable Tim Watts MP, Federal Member for Gellibrand, Victoria and Special Envoy for Indian Ocean Affairs, who is also Member of the Australian Parliamentary Friends of Thailand Group, at Parliament House. Both sides discussed opportunities for further strengthening Thailand-Australia relations across various sectors, including trade, investment, education, people-to-people exchange and security. They also exchanged views on recent developments of regional situations and other issues of mutual interest.
