On 25 October 2025 at 19.00 hrs., Mr. Rutchabhoom Boonrawd, Minister, Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra, representing H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, together with Heads and officials of Team Thailand agencies in Canberra, as well as their spouses and members of the Thai community in Canberra and nearby areas, attended the merit-making ceremony to pay respect to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Dhammadharo Temple, Canberra.

On this occasion, Venerable Phra Rajasilaporn, Abbot of Wat Dhammadaro, led the Sangha in the evening chanting and funeral chanting and led the participants in meditation. After the ceremony, Phra Rajasilaporn invited the participants to reflect upon the royal duties and dedications of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother.

Dhammadharo Temple will organise daily merit-making activities dedicated to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, which include evening chanting, funeral chanting and meditation, from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., at Wat Dhammadaro, Canberra, until 24 November 2025.

These activities are held in accordance with the resolution of the Supreme Sangha Council of Thailand.
