On 5 September 2025 at 18.00 hrs, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, hosted dinner in honour of Admiral Pairote Fuangchan, RTN, Chief of Staff of the Royal Thai Navy, and his delegation, during their visit to Canberra to inspect the Office of the Naval Attache in Canberra.

On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on security issues and Thai-Australian defence cooperation.

The Ambassador also congratulated Admiral Pairote on his appointment as the next Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy.
