On 19 February 2025, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, visited the Translational Research Institute (TRI), along with a delegation of accelerators from Thai universities and agencies, led by Assoc. Prof. Chaleeda Borompichaichartkul, Acting Deputy Director of Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC). The TRI is a leading medical research centre focused on translating research findings into practical applications, with state-of-the-art laboratories and facilities for biological and clinical research.

The following day, the Ambassador and delegation visited the ARM Hub (Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing Hub), an industrial space that focuses on using robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and design for manufacturing.
