On July 25, 2024, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand, along with Ms. Hataya Khusakul, Consul General in Sydney, visited TAFE NSW Ultimo Campus, an educational institution that offers both vocational and higher education. They met with Mr. James Flannagan and Mr. Jerry Siden, international executives of the institution, who provided information about the curriculum structure, personnel development, and training in various fields and skills, as well as the collaboration model for developing joint programs with foreign countries.

Currently, TAFE NSW has more than 430,000 students enrolled annually, offering over 1,000 courses covering all professional fields. Additionally, TAFE has a network of over 170 campuses across NSW. The teaching at TAFE emphasizes practical training to enhance experience alongside theoretical studies. The most popular courses at present include Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, and Business.
