On 23 September 2025, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand, together with Ms. Sirindara Atthakor, Director of the South Pacific Division, Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met with Dr. Krithpaka Boonfueng, Director of the National Innovation Agency, and Mr. Pariwat Wongsamran, Deputy Director for Innovation System Development, at the National Innovation Agency.

Both sides exchanged views on opportunities to promote collaboration in building networks between innovation agencies and start-up communities in Thailand and Australia. They also discussed opportunities for Thai start-ups to participate and showcase their innovations during Thai festivals in Australia as well as leading Australian trade and innovation exhibitions, particularly in the food and agriculture sectors.
