Thai Ambassador met leading private sector in Queensland during her official visit to Queensland

On 12 June 2024, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, met with executives of NextDC, a leading data center provider in Australia, and those of Redflow, a leading battery storage manufacturer in Australia.

Ambassador Arjaree met with Mr. Craig Scroggie, CEO of NextDC at the company’s head office in Brisbane. Both sides discussed NextDC’s investment plan in Thailand. They also exchanged views on developments and opportunity in the digital sector in Thailand, Southeast Asia and Australia.

The Thai Ambassador also met with Mr. Tim Harris, Redflow’s CEO. They had a productive discussion about Redflow’s investment in Thailand, its future investment plan as well as possible cooperation to support energy transition in Thailand and the region. The Ambassador was also briefed on Redflow’s battery technology.
