On 7 August 2025, H.E. Ms. Arjaree Sriratanaban, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, welcomed and exchanged views with the delegation from the Land Development Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand, led by Mr. Arthit Sukhkasem, Deputy Director-General. The delegation visited Australia to undertake a study tour and explore opportunities for collaboration with Australian agencies and institutions on addressing soil issues, especially soil salinity, in Thailand. The Ambassador hosted a dinner for the delegation at the Thai Residence.
