The Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra together with Dhammadharo Temple in Canberra organised a ceremony to celebrate the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 28 July 2024.

On 28 August 2024, Mr. Rutchabhoom Boonrawd, Chargé d’affaires, together with Heads and officials of Team Thailand agencies in Canberra and their spouses attended a religious ceremony co-organized by the Royal Thai Embassy and Dharmadharo Temple to commemorate the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 28 July 2024 at Dharmadharo Temple. The activities included an evening prayer, a special Dharmma Sermon and meditation.

This religious ceremony was held for the second time to pay homage to His Majesty the King on this Auspicious Occasion. The Embassy and Dhammadharo Temple plan to organise this religious ceremony on the 28th day of each month for six months, from 28 July until 28 December 2024.
