Thai Language School: Summer Programme

On 30 January 2019, Ms Thippawan Supamitkitja, Charge d’Affaires, a.i., welcomed Dr. Songsri Foran, the Organizing Committee and Teachers of the Summer Programme for Thai Language and Thai Cultural Classes, Buddharangsee Thai Community Language School Inc in Sydney to visit the Royal Thai Embassy.

This Summer Programme was a cooperation between the Buddharangsee Thai Community Language School and Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University in dispatching teachers/volunteers from Thailand to join Study Programme on Thai language, Thai traditional music and dances for children of the Thai descent in Australia. The said programme lasted for 4 weeks. It has been successfully organized for 28 consecutive years in Sydney and 4 consecutive years in Gold Coast. It also helped lay a solid foundation and strengthen solidarity of the Thai Community in Australia.
