Kindergarten Students, Teachers and Parents from Hughes Primary School paid a visit to the Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra

On 27 August 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra welcomed a group of kindergarten students, teachers and parents from Hughes Primary School, at the Sala Thai Function Hall, Royal Thai Embassy, Canberra. The visit to the Embassy was organized for the students to learn about Thai houses and way of life of Thai people, and to gain personal experiences on the site visit. The visit was part of the school’s learning activity.

On this occasion, Mr. Rutchabhoom Boonrawd, Chargé d’affaires, delivered welcoming remarks and led the students to tour around the Embassy. The Embassy’s staff ran fun-filled activities aimed at providing basic knowledge about Thailand, Thai houses in the past and modern Thai Houses at present as well as Thai culture, including Thai way of greeting and Thai food.
