ASEAN Heads of Mission (HoMs) participate in the ASEAN Committee in Canberra HoMs Meeting No. 4/2022

On 12 December 2022, Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Charge d’Affaires together with the ASEAN Heads of Mission and their representatives attended the ASEAN Committee in Canberra (ACC) Heads of Mission Meeting 4/2022 at the Commonwealth Club which was chaired by HE Mr. Rotana Chann, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Meeting reviewed the various activities and engagements during the past year as well as discussed ways to further engage with Australia to strengthen ASEAN-Australia relations.  At this meeting, Ambassador Rotana handed over the ACC Chairmanship to HE Dr. Siswo Pramono, Ambassador of Indonesia, for January -June 2023.  The ACC Chairmanship rotates every six months alphabetically amongst ASEAN Embassies/High Commissions in Canberra.
