Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana visited University of Newcastle, Australia

On 15 July 2019, Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana visited University of Newcastle and gave audience to Professor Alex Zelinsky AO, Vice Chancellor and President of the University of Newcastle as well as the management and academics at the University to brief on the programme and cooperation between the University of Newcastle and the Chulabhorn Royal Academy to launch a Double MIE programme.

This programme is the 4-year undergraduate in medical innovation – engineering programme, which combines the Bachelor of Medical Engineering (honours) offered by University of Newcastle and Bachelor of Science (Medical Innovation) offered by Chulabhorn Royal Academy. The programme is expected to start in December 2020.

Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn and Professor Alex Zelinsky AO also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the said cooperation.
